Triple Chocolate Gloop

Ingredients

  • 50g Dark Chocolate
  • 100ml Chocolate Sauce
  • 50ml Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  • 50ml Ballycastle Chocolate Hazelnut and Caramel Country Cream
  • 15ml Whiskey
  • 150g Chocolate Ice Cream

Method

  1. Finely chop your dark chocolate, then rim your martini glass with the sauce and dunk it in the chocolate shavings to create a double chocolate rim.
  2. Using the sauce create a swirl pattern, or go artistic and make any pattern you like, on the inside of the glass.
  3. In a blender, add your chocolate ice cream, Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Ballycastle Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Flavour Country Cream, and whiskey.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into your glass and garnish with some more of the chocolate shavings if you're feeling wild.
