Triple Chocolate Gloop

Ingredients
- 50g Dark Chocolate
- 100ml Chocolate Sauce
- 50ml Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- 50ml Ballycastle Chocolate Hazelnut and Caramel Country Cream
- 15ml Whiskey
- 150g Chocolate Ice Cream
Method
- Finely chop your dark chocolate, then rim your martini glass with the sauce and dunk it in the chocolate shavings to create a double chocolate rim.
- Using the sauce create a swirl pattern, or go artistic and make any pattern you like, on the inside of the glass.
- In a blender, add your chocolate ice cream, Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Ballycastle Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Flavour Country Cream, and whiskey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your glass and garnish with some more of the chocolate shavings if you're feeling wild.
