No Churn Margarita Ice Cream

Serves:  2 people | Prep time:  15 minutes | Cooking time:  360 minutes

Ingredients

  • 600ml Double cream
  • 1 x 397g tin Condensed milk
  • Juice and finely grated rind x 1 lime
  • 40g Icing sugar
  • 125ml Infusionist Margarita cocktail mix

Method

  1. Put the cream, icing sugar and condensed milk into a large bowl.
  2. Whisk for 4 mins.
  3. Add the margarita cocktail, lime juice and rind.
  4. Whisk again till thickened.
  5. Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 hours.
  6. Then scoop straight from the freezer.
