Mini Chocolate Egg Pinwheels

A delicious sweet treat for Easter prepped in 5mins and all done in the air fryer!

Ingredients
- 1x Roll ready to roll puff pastry
- 1 x Jar caramelised biscuit spread
- 1 x Packet of mini chocolate eggs
Method
- Take the puff pastry out of the packet and roll onto a board.
- Spread on a few tablespoons of the caramelised biscuit spread leaving a gap around the edge of the pastry.
- Take the bag of mini chocolate eggs and crush them using a rolling pin in the packet. Open and sprinkle them onto the caramelised biscuit spread.
- Roll the pastry up into a long cylinder and cut into 1cm slices.
- Place the slices into the air fryer for 10 mins at 170 degrees then turn over and bake for a further 8 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
