Mini Chocolate Egg Pinwheels

A delicious sweet treat for Easter prepped in 5mins and all done in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1x Roll ready to roll puff pastry
  • 1 x Jar caramelised biscuit spread
  • 1 x Packet of mini chocolate eggs

  

Method

  1. Take the puff pastry out of the packet and roll onto a board.
  2. Spread on a few tablespoons of the caramelised biscuit spread leaving a gap around the edge of the pastry.
  3. Take the bag of mini chocolate eggs and crush them using a rolling pin in the packet. Open and sprinkle them onto the caramelised biscuit spread.
  4. Roll the pastry up into a long cylinder and cut into 1cm slices.
  5. Place the slices into the air fryer for 10 mins at 170 degrees then turn over and bake for a further 8 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
