  • 4 x Village Bakery Hot Cross Buns  
  • Griddle pan  

  

Method

  1. Thinly slice the buns into strips – about 6 slices per bun.
  2. Griddle them in batches on both sides till crisp.
  3. Great served alongside soft boiled eggs, to accompany a cheese and charcuterie platter and with pate.
