Filled Meringues

Fresh berry meringues, packed with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and double cream, with a tangy orange twist.

Ingredients
- 1 box Specially Selected Meringues
- ½ punnet Strawberries
- 1 punnet Blackberries
- ½ punnet Raspberries
- 300ml Double Cream
- 2 tsp Caster Sugar
- 1 x Orange
Method
- Add the sugar and cream to a bowl and whisk until it forms soft peaks.
- Cut the blackberries and raspberries in half and halve and slice the strawberries.
- Peel the skin off the orange, remove as much of the white pith as possible, cut into thin slices and curl around a skewer.
- Build by filling the meringue with cream then top with the fruit and orange twists.
