Custard Cream Traybake

Custard cream lovers will go crazy for this delicious traybake.

Ingredients

  • 300g Custard Creams
  • 80g Unsalted Butter
  • 397g (1 tin) Condensed Milk
  • 400g White Chocolate

For decoration:

  • 16 Custard Creams

Equipment required:

  • 23cm x 23cm tin – lined with baking paper  

  

Method

  1. Place the custard creams into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Melt the butter in 30 second blasts in a microwave then stir into the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of the lined tin and leave to harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Chop the white chocolate into cubes and place into bowl, along with the condensed milk. Microwave for 30 second blasts until fully melted and smooth.    
  5. Work quickly to pour on top of the biscuit base and smooth out. Then, top with the 16 custard creams and leave to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours until fully hardened.
  6. Slice into 16 portions and serve.
