Custard Cream Traybake

Custard cream lovers will go crazy for this delicious traybake.

Ingredients
- 300g Custard Creams
- 80g Unsalted Butter
- 397g (1 tin) Condensed Milk
- 400g White Chocolate
For decoration:
- 16 Custard Creams
Equipment required:
- 23cm x 23cm tin – lined with baking paper
Method
- Place the custard creams into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Melt the butter in 30 second blasts in a microwave then stir into the biscuit crumbs.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the base of the lined tin and leave to harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Chop the white chocolate into cubes and place into bowl, along with the condensed milk. Microwave for 30 second blasts until fully melted and smooth.
- Work quickly to pour on top of the biscuit base and smooth out. Then, top with the 16 custard creams and leave to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours until fully hardened.
- Slice into 16 portions and serve.
