Coconut Ice Cream

Homemade coconut ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400ml tin Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 x 397g tin Condensed Milk
  • 50g Icing Sugar

  

Method

  1. Mix the condensed milk, icing sugar and coconut milk together
  2. Put into the chilled freezer bowl and churn for about 25/30 mins
  3. Either eat straight away or put into a container and freeze
  4. Why not try adding the grated rind of a lemon and lime to the coconut mixture, or replacing the icing sugar for 2 x tablespoons honey and adding 5g chopped fresh mint to the mixture.
