Ingredients
- 2 Wraps
- 200g Nutoka spread
- 27g Hazelnuts
- 150ml Sunflower oil
- 1tsp Butter
- Chocolate dessert sauce to serve
- Sprinkle of Seasalt (optional)
Method
- Chop the nuts roughly and toast in a frying pan until golden, place the nuts in a mixing bowl (reserving a few for decoration) and stir in the Nutoka.
- Cut the wrap into four, brush the edges with butter and fold the two corners into a cone shape pressing the join well. Fill with the Nutoka mixture and fold the remaining edge over, creating a triangular parcel.
- Press the corners well with your fingers so there are no gaps for seeping chocolate.
- Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan on a medium heat (180°C) and add the samosas a couple at a time turning after a few minutes on each side until they have a nice colour. Remove from the pan and place on some kitchen roll to absorb any remaining oil.
- Serve on a platter with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, a few chopped nuts and sea salt (optional).
