Delicious air fryer churros in only 12 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 Cups of The Pantry Self Raising Flour
- 100g of Everyday Essentials Milk Chocolate
- 1 Cup of Brooklea Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- 1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
From The Cupboard
- 2 tbsps of Sugar
Method
- Makes 6 large or 12 small churros.
- Add 1 and 3/4 of a cup of self raising flour to a bowl with 1 cup of Greek yoghurt.
- Mix together with your hands. If the mixture is sticking to your hands after all flour has been mixed in, add more flour, tablespoons at a time.
- Place some more flour on your kitchen surface and roll mixture into a large sausage shape. Divide this into either 6 or 12.
- Roll your smaller pieces into long sausage shapes and bend them in half at the middle. Plait each side over each other to create a twist.
- Brush with plenty of oil and place in the airfryer for 12 minutes on 200°C until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, on a plate put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and mix together.
- Remove churros and place in the sugar, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave and serve with churros.
