4 Ingredient Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Truffles

Ingredients

  • Dairyfine Hazelnut Crisp Mini Delights 200g
  • 80g Cream Cheese
  • Dairyfine Hazelnut Spirals 150g/7 Pack
  • 200g White chocolate

  

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl crush the Mini Delights until no large chunks remain.
  2. Melt 4 of the Hazelnut Spirals in the microwave for 30 second blasts until smooth.
  3. Add to the crushed bars along with the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  4. Make into 12 balls - if the mixture is too difficult to handle leave in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm.
  5. Chill the 12 truffles for 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 second blasts until smooth.
  7. Dip the truffles into the white chocolate.
  8. Melt the 2 remaining chocolate bars and use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the top of the truffles.
  9. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
