4 Ingredient Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Truffles

These chocolate wonders are just four ingredients, and are sure to be a dessert staple.

Ingredients
- Dairyfine Hazelnut Crisp Mini Delights 200g
- 80g Cream Cheese
- Dairyfine Hazelnut Spirals 150g/7 Pack
- 200g White chocolate
Method
- In a mixing bowl crush the Mini Delights until no large chunks remain.
- Melt 4 of the Hazelnut Spirals in the microwave for 30 second blasts until smooth.
- Add to the crushed bars along with the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
- Make into 12 balls - if the mixture is too difficult to handle leave in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm.
- Chill the 12 truffles for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 second blasts until smooth.
- Dip the truffles into the white chocolate.
- Melt the 2 remaining chocolate bars and use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the top of the truffles.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
