Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Something super healthy for breakfast – a Quinoa Breakfast Bowl.

Ingredients
- 180g The Foodie Market Quinoa
- 280ml Boiling Water
- 120ml Acti-Leaf Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp The Pantry Vanilla Extract
Toppings:
- 1 Banana
- 50g Blueberries
- 2 tbsp The Foodie Market Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp The Pantry Flaked Almonds
Method
- Boil the quinoa and water together for 8-10 minutes until the water has nearly gone and the quinoa has thickened.
- Add the almond milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
- Stir through the honey, vanilla extract and cacao powder. 4. Serve with the banana, blueberries and flaked almonds on top then drizzle over the almond butter.
