Ingredients

  • 39g Everyday Essentials Porridge Oats
  • 150g Honey Flavoured Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 25g/1 tbsp Honey & Seed Protein Granola
  • 10g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 5g / 1 tsp Whole Chia Seeds
  • Optional Toppings: Chocolate Chips / Fresh Berries / Honey

  

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware box and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Loosen with a little more almond milk or yogurt in the morning if a little thick.
  3. Add any toppings you like and dig in.
