Ingredients
- 39g Everyday Essentials Porridge Oats
- 150g Honey Flavoured Greek Yogurt
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 25g/1 tbsp Honey & Seed Protein Granola
- 10g Pumpkin Seeds
- 5g / 1 tsp Whole Chia Seeds
- Optional Toppings: Chocolate Chips / Fresh Berries / Honey
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware box and place in the fridge overnight.
- Loosen with a little more almond milk or yogurt in the morning if a little thick.
- Add any toppings you like and dig in.
