Healthy Carrot Cake Smoothies

Up your smoothie game with this cosy carrot cake smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 400ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Mini Banana, chopped into chunks and frozen until firm
  • 45g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 150g Carrot, finely grated
  • 100g Greek style Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2g Ground Ginger
  • 2g Ground Cinnamon
  • 10g Walnuts, chopped

  

Method

  1. Reserve the walnuts and 10g of the carrot for decoration.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with grated carrot and walnut pieces.
  3. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast alternative or mid-morning snack.
