Healthy Carrot Cake Smoothies

Ingredients
- 400ml Almond Milk
- 1 Mini Banana, chopped into chunks and frozen until firm
- 45g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 150g Carrot, finely grated
- 100g Greek style Vanilla Yogurt
- 2g Ground Ginger
- 2g Ground Cinnamon
- 10g Walnuts, chopped
Method
- Reserve the walnuts and 10g of the carrot for decoration.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with grated carrot and walnut pieces.
- Enjoy as a healthy breakfast alternative or mid-morning snack.
