Green Smoothie Bowl

If you’re a fan of wheatgrass – which has especially high levels of vitamins A, C and E, plus antioxidants – this easy smoothie recipe is a great way to get your daily dose!

Ingredients
- 40g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 Satsuma
- 5g Wheatgrass Powder
- 100ml Pressed Apple Juice
- To decorate – Banana, Strawberries, Satsumas, Blueberries and Cashew Nuts
Method
- Peel the banana and chop.
- Half the satsuma and juice.
- Put the spinach, banana, apple and satsuma juice into a blender, along with the wheatgrass powder and process until smooth.
- Pour into your favourite bowl and decorate the top with fruits and nuts to make a funny face or pretty design!
