Easy Homemade Granola

They say breakfast is the new lunch. And this healthy, good-for-you homemade granola is the perfect start to any day.

Ingredients
- 300g Porridge Oats
- 100ml Maple Syrup
- 35ml Runny Honey
- 135ml Coconut Oil
- 1 x 70g Rainforest Bounty Mix
- 1 x 70g Sunshine Seed Mix
- 150g pack Berry Mix
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- Line a large baking tray with some non-stick baking parchment.
- Mix together the oats, oil, honey and the maple syrup.
- Chop any of the larger nuts up in the bounty mix and add all these along with the seeds and mix well.
- Lay the oat mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and with a fork stir them around, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool, add the berry mix and store in an airtight container.
