Coconut and Berry Chai Pudding

Coconut and Berry Chia Pudding. Greek yogurt, manuka powder, maca powder, almonds and coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 250ml Coconut milk
- 130g Greek Authentic yoghurt
- 100g – 4 Seasons frozen summer berries – no need to thaw
- 25g chai seeds
- 15ml Manuka honey
- 15g Macca Powder
- 8 x Whole almonds
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except the almonds together in a bowl – transfer to a couple of jars or pots.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, the puddings will have set by morning.
- Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top and serve.
