Coconut and Berry Chai Pudding

Coconut and Berry Chia Pudding. Greek yogurt, manuka powder, maca powder, almonds and coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 250ml Coconut milk
  • 130g Greek Authentic yoghurt
  • 100g – 4 Seasons frozen summer berries – no need to thaw
  • 25g chai seeds
  • 15ml Manuka honey
  • 15g Macca Powder
  • 8 x Whole almonds

  

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the almonds together in a bowl – transfer to a couple of jars or pots.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, the puddings will have set by morning.
  3. Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top and serve.
