Air Fryer Roast Potatoes

An easy and quick mid week meal.

Ingredients

  • 1kg Maris Piper Potatoes
  • 30ml Rapeseed Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Rosemary

  

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal size large chunks.
  2. Put in a pan of cold water, add some salt, bring to the boil and cook for about 7 minutes, until you can just insert a sharp knife into them.
  3. Drain into a colander and shake to rough up the edges. Allow to cool a little.
  4. Put into a bowl and drizzle over the oil and gently rub over the potatoes.
  5. Cook at 190°C in your air fryer for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with some extra salt sprinkled over and some sprigs of fresh rosemary.
