Ingredients

• 30g Tinned sliced peaches, drained
• 5ml Fresh lemon juice
• 150ml Zerozecco or rosé zerozecco
• Garnish to decorate

Method

1. In a blender, liquidise the tinned peaches with the lemon juice until you have a soft pulp.
2. Spoon into a champagne flute.
3. Top with the chilled Zerozecco and decorate.
