Ingredients
- 40ml Pink Pigeon Spiced Rum
- 50ml Asia Specialities Coconut Milk
- 30ml Del Rivo pineapple juice
- Lime wedges
- A pinch of nutmeg
Method
- Chill a medium-sized wine glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes
- Add the Pink Pigeon Spiced Rum
- In a separate glass, mix the coconut milk and pineapple juice together
- Add this mixture to the Spiced Rum, stirring continuously.
- Sprinkle the nutmeg into the foam that has formed at the top of the drink.
- Cut a thick lime wedge, and slice halfway through it
- Fix the lime wedge to the rim of the glass
- Enjoy!
