Sugarplum Sour Spritz

Ingredients
- 50ml Specially Selected Bellucci Amaretto
- 25ml Bourbon
- 30ml Fresh Lemon juice
- ½ Flat tsp icing sugar
- 1 Medium egg white
- Ice
Method
Put the lemon juice in a glass and stir in the icing sugar.
Add the amaretto and bourbon and stir through.
Put the egg white in a cocktail shaker and add the amaretto mixture, half fill with ice and shake well for a few minutes.
Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
Decorate and serve.
