Sugarplum Sour Spritz

Balancing sweet, nutty flavours with a refreshing citrus kick.

Ingredients  

  • 50ml Specially Selected Bellucci Amaretto
  • 25ml Bourbon
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon juice
  • ½ Flat tsp icing sugar
  • 1 Medium egg white
  • Ice

Method

Put the lemon juice in a glass and stir in the icing sugar.

Add the amaretto and bourbon and stir through.

Put the egg white in a cocktail shaker and add the amaretto mixture, half fill with ice and shake well for a few minutes.

Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.

Decorate and serve.
