Salted Caramel Pretzel Boozy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 400ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 60g Dark Chocolate, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Toffee Dessert Sauce
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 50ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 tbsp Salted Caramel Flavouring

To serve

  • 2 tbsp Toffee Dessert Sauce
  • Squirty Cream
  • 2 tbsp Salted Pretzels, crushed
  • 2 Salted pretzels

Method

  1. Gently heat the milk, cocoa powder, caster sugar, toffee sauce, salted caramel flavouring and grated chocolate in a saucepan and keep stirring until hot and smooth (do not allow to boil).  
  2. Dip the rim of each serving mug into the toffee sauce and then into the crushed pretzels.  
  3. Pour 25ml of vodka and Irish cream liqueur into each mug then top with the hot chocolate mixture.  
  4. Top with squirty cream, a drizzle of toffee sauce and a pretzel to serve.
