Sweet and tangy notes of cranberry harmonise the herbal complexity of sloe gin, creating a perfect festive drink.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Sloe gin
  • 30ml Red wine
  • 30ml Cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • 6 Fresh raspberries, cranberries and purple grapes, to garnish

Method  

  1. Put the gin, red wine and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker, half fill with ice and add 6 fresh raspberries.
  2. Shake well, then strain into a chilled, small liqueur glass.
  3. Decorate with some fresh raspberries and serve.
