A refreshing pink lemonade flavour vodka cocktail.

Ingredients

• 80ml Infusionist Pink Lemonade Flavour Spirit Drink
• 200ml Bottle of prosecco
• 1 tbsp Fresh cranberries
• 1 Small lemon Ice cubes

Method

Take a few cranberries and muddle in a cup with the back of a wooden spoon.

Peel half the lemon and make a spiral with the rind.

Slice the rest of the lemon.

Put the muddled cranberries in a large tumbler half filled with ice.

Add the lemon slices and pour in the Pink Lemonade Flavour Spirit Drink, add some more cranberries and pour over the prosecco.

Garnish with the lemon spiral and some fresh cranberries and serve.
