Frosted Mistletoe Margarita
Capturing the spirit of Christmas whilst offering the traditional taste of a margarita.

Ingredients
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 200ml Cranberry juice
- 70ml Tequila blanco
- 30ml Lime juice
- 2 tsp Honey
- 12 Ice cubes
- 100g Fresh cranberries
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary, to serve
Method
- You will need two tumblers and a blender.
- Combine the sugar and salt on a small saucer. Wet the rim of each glass and dip in into the sugar and salt.
- Roll 20g of frozen cranberries into the left-over mixture, to garnish.
- In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, tequila, the remaining cranberries, ice, orange zest and the honey and blend until slushy.
- Divide equally between the two prepared glasses and serve with the sugar-coated cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
