Ingredients
- 60ml Gold Flake Gin
- Juice of ½ a Lemon
- ½ tsp Caster Sugar
- Prosecco to top
To Garnish
- Raspberries
- Sprig of Thyme
Method
- In a small jug, mix the lemon juice and sugar together.
- Then, add the gin and mix.
- Pour into a champagne flute and top with prosecco.
- Decorate with raspberries and a sprig of thyme and serve.
