Christmas Spritz

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gold Flake Gin
  • Juice of ½ a Lemon
  • ½ tsp Caster Sugar
  • Prosecco to top

To Garnish

  • Raspberries
  • Sprig of Thyme  

Method

  1. In a small jug, mix the lemon juice and sugar together.
  2. Then, add the gin and mix.
  3. Pour into a champagne flute and top with prosecco.
  4. Decorate with raspberries and a sprig of thyme and serve.
