Cheeseboard Christmas Crackers

Ingredients

For the cheese

    • 6 x 20g Wedges of Wensleydale & Cranberry
    • 6 x 20g Wedges of Specially Selected Cheese
    • Coastal Cheddar & Pineapple
    • 30g (5-6 pieces) Savoury Snack Mix
    • 6 small bunches of Grapes
    • 6 Walnuts

    For the crackers

    • Wrapping Paper  
    • 6 Kitchen Roll  
    • Cardboard Tubes  
    • Greaseproof Paper  
    • Sellotape  
    • Twine  

    Method

    1. Make your crackers the day you would like to serve them.
    2. Cut 6 pieces of wrapping paper 1½ times the length of your cardboard tubes, wide enough to wrap around the tube.
    3. Cut each of the tubes in half, leave 1 half as is and cut the other in half again so you have 1 longer tube and 2 shorter tubes.
    4. Cut 6 pieces of greaseproof paper the same width as the 6 longer tubes, long enough to line the tubes.
    5. Line the inside of the 6 longer tubes with greaseproof paper and divide the cheese, grapes, crackers and walnuts between the tubes.
    6. Place the 1 long tube in the centre of the wrapping paper and a smaller tube on either side.
    7. Roll the tubes up and Sellotape in place to secure.
    8. Twist the gap between the tubes and secure with the twine.
    9. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
