This Raspberry Bee’s Knees cocktail is fruity and sweet. Best served on ice.
100ml gin
100g fresh raspberries
30ml lemon juice
20ml honey
Few sprigs of fresh mint
Soda Water – optional
Keep 6 raspberries aside to garnish.
Put the remaining raspberries in a cocktail shaker along with the gin, honey, lemon juice, some mint leaves and plenty of ice – shake well.
Strain into two glasses and garnish with some extra mint.
For a longer drink – top with some more ice and soda water.
