Sheldon's Bakery have been baking fresh bread products since 1949 and have been supplying us here at Aldi for the past 10 years.

You can rest assured that all Sheldon’s baked goods are made with only the finest raw materials. The business has been founded on producing quality products by using quality ingredients and machinery.
Managing Director, Graham Sheldon, son of founder Harold Sheldon, says “Our signature product and the one we are famous for is the Lancashire Oven Bottom Muffin. However we make a whole range of other bread products. We are a completely independent family owned business. It is my son, Lee Sheldon and daughter, Sarah Sheldon who run the business on a daily basis”.
The bakery’s high quality ingredients are matched only by the passion for perfection to produce the best possible products their team have.
Their products have been enjoyed by generation after generation. Lee Sheldon says “We know what our customer’s want that is why we still use the traditional recipes and know-how which my grandfather relied upon”.
10 Years and Still Supplying Only The Best
We’ve been working with G.H.Sheldon for the past decade, supplying our customers with all their favourites like Oven Bottom Muffins, Cheese Baps, Seeded rolls, Fruited Teacakes and more.
But it is not just our customers who love their supplies, the bakeries themselves love baking and supplying them for us. A quarter of a million packets of rolls per week in fact!
Sarah Sheldon says “Aldi have a passion for product quality and have very robust quality check systems. We have developed strong working relationships with Aldi since we started supplying them back in 2004 and hopefully we’ll continue to grow our partnership with them.
