Geary's Bakery starts baking for the first time at its family home of Ratby, Leicestershire (Born & Bread).

Deeper, Sweeter Flavours

Their sourdough is fermented for 10 hours, and their seeds are pre-soaked in honey for 8 hours. The results are deeper, sweeter flavours with a more open texture.

Geary’s Bakery fits perfectly between large scale bakers and smaller artisanalbakers. This space allows them to utilise the finest modern technologieswhilst staying true to traditional principals that have served them so well forso long.
