Our Colleague Engagement Programme is an initiative that provides our colleagues with communications, guidance and training on the simple actions they can take to reduce energy in day-to-day activities.
Our energy saving actions focus on 5 key areas: refrigeration, heating, lighting, small power and fuel.
From switching off lights in office meeting rooms to closing freezer doors in our stores, these simple actions undertaken across all our operations can make a big positive impact on our environment.
#TeamALDI have saved over £2million in energy costs since 2019 by taking small actions to be more energy efficient at work! We’re super proud of our colleagues!
