Order Aldi on Deliveroo – fast!

Aldi x Deliveroo allows customers to order Aldi products through Deliveroo. A Deliveroo Rider shops for the items in store, pays using a Deliveroo-issued prepaid Rider Card, packs the order and delivers it to the customer. The model is designed to add a delivery option without Aldi colleagues picking or packing orders.

This is different from Aldi’s previous delivery trial because customers can choose from a wider range of Aldi products and the fulfilment sits with Deliveroo rather than Aldi store colleagues.

We are committed to offering shoppers everyday low prices and have kept prices on products available through Aldi x Deliveroo as low as possible. Aldi products will still be priced lower than other supermarkets offering rapid delivery.

Customers can shop a wide range of Aldi products – including Specialbuys. Riders will flag any out-of-stock items in the app while shopping and the customer will be automatically refunded.

Alcohol can be purchased by adults over the age of 18 where available.

Age-restricted products remain subject to the same legal and regulatory requirements, including age verification checks at delivery.

If your order is late, missing items, or contains incorrect products, please contact Deliveroo directly through their app or customer support channels, as they manage the delivery and order fulfilment process.

Product availability may differ between Aldi stores and Deliveroo platforms. Stock levels can change throughout the day, and some Specialbuys or seasonal items may not be available for delivery.

Refunds and returns will be processed via the Deliveroo app. For returns, customers will be required to bring the product into store and be accepted by an Aldi employee. The refund is only issued once the returned item is accepted by the Aldi employee in store.
