Starting with a roasted coffee rum and a fresh-brewed coffee and topped with squirty cream, this winter warmer is perfect for cold nights.
1 heaped tsp Instant Coffee
1 heaped tsp Sugar
75ml Cassario Roast Coffee Rum
5g Dark Chocolate, grated
1 Cinnamon Stick
Squirty Cream
Put the coffee, sugar and rum in a heatproof glass.
Pour over some boiling water and stir well with the cinnamon stick.
Top with the squirty cream, then sprinkle over the grated chocolate and serve.
